Our interview process

Our interview process is designed to help us get to know you better, while also giving you the opportunity to learn more about us and our culture.

Here’s what you can expect at each stage of the process


Application 📝 The first step in the process is to submit your application through our careers page. You should receive an automated email to acknowledge receipt of your application. This is your chance to tell us about your skills and experience, and to explain why you’re interested in joining our team. Our Applicant Tracking System is Greenhouse and we review all applications via this platform. Every single application is reviewed by someone from our Talent Team, not by AI. We’ve also tried to remove any barriers when applying, with limited application questions and no CV required. You should expect to hear from the Talent team within 2 working days of submitting your CV.


Review application 🔍 Once we receive your application, our Talent team will review it carefully to ensure that you meet the requirements for the role. If your application meets these expectations, we’ll email you an invite to schedule a preliminary video screening call with the Talent team. If your application doesn’t meet the requirements, we will also let you know via email.


Introductory video call 📹 The introductory video screening call typically takes 30-45 minutes and will be conducted over Zoom. The Talent team will email you all the details including the Zoom link. This is an opportunity for us to get to know you better and to learn more about your skills and experience. It’s also an opportunity for you to learn more about Form3, as we provide a thorough overview of the company and the specific department you’d be looking to join. The Talent team will also discuss salary, compensation, notice periods etc.


Take home assignment or case study 🤔 Depending on the role you’ve applied for; we may ask you to complete a technical test (for our technical roles) or a case study (for our Product and Operations roles). This step is designed to assess your skills and to ensure you have the technical or product knowledge required for the role.


Skills based interview(s) 👩‍💻 If you pass the take home assignment or case study, we’ll invite you for a skills-based interview. This is typically where you’d get to meet with members of the team you’ll be working alongside. This interview(s) may include questions about your experience, problem-solving skills, and other relevant topics.


Final interview 🎤 If you’re successful in the skills-based interview(s), we’ll invite you to a final interview. This is normally where you’d meet the head of department. This tends to be more of a cultural-fit/add type of interview to learn more about the role, the company culture, projects etc.


Offer 🎉 If you’re successful in the final interview, we’ll make you a formal offer to join our team! We’ll work with you to ensure you have all the information you need to make an informed decision, and we’ll be here to answer any questions you may have along the way.


Post offer 🤝 If you decide to accept our offer, the Talent team will get the onboarding process started by looping our People team into the process. They will be in touch with your employment contract within a few working days and will be there to answer any questions you might have.


Background checks 🔦 Our background checks typically take 3-5 weeks, so we normally work out a start date at least 5 weeks from your verbal acceptance of our offer. Again, the People team will be in touch with all the details. The same applies if you require Sponsorship.


Candidate feedback 🤲 Regardless of where your journey ends in the interview process, we’ll give you the opportunity to leave feedback on how you found it. It’s anonymous, so you can be totally honest.

Form3 are currently hiring across all our departments and each role has a slightly different interview process. On average, an interview process with us has 4 steps but the Talent Team will explain everything in the preliminary video screen. And, you will never go more than 7 days without hearing from us.

During the entire process, there will be ample opportunities for you to ask questions and to get to know us better. We want to ensure that you have all the information you need to make an informed decision about your next career move.
