My decision to become a Business Analyst Apprentice at Form3 has been exhilarating, challenging, and undoubtedly one of the best choices I've ever made.

Believe it or not, I was 9 months pregnant and about to start my maternity leave when I started to interview with Form3. When a friend told me about the role, in all honesty, I was a little bit hesitant. I was about to have a baby, wasn’t planning on cutting my maternity leave short and just couldn’t imagine that any company or employer would be prepared to wait almost a whole year for me to join.

Apprenticeships and Internships offer students and school or college leavers the opportunity to gain vital work experience whilst studying towards a qualification. At Form3, we are able to develop the relevant skills associated with the course we are studying, whilst learning and operating in a real business environment. For a few of us, Form3 has acted as our first real employer!
