Ten years on, and into Chapter 3

Against this backdrop, as Form3 approaches its 10-year anniversary, it feels like the right time to reflect on where we have come from and to look ahead.

I think of our journey in chapters. Chapter 1 was the founding stage: could an idea become a relevant, sustainable business? Chapter 2 was more complex, a period of reshaping as we worked through questions of product, geography, scale and financial efficiency to build the right foundations for growth.

Now, we are in Chapter 3.

This is the chapter in which Form3 is in sight of profitability and delivering its highest levels of growth. It is also a point at which we are operating a maturing, secure cloud-based payments platform chosen by some of the most significant banking and financial institutions in the UK and beyond.

This is a significant milestone for the business and a reflection of disciplined execution.

Regulation will be a defining feature of this chapter. The incoming Critical Third Party (CTP) designation is something we view as a badge of honour. It reflects the significance of Form3’s role in payments infrastructure and the trust that has been placed in us.

Our Strategic Investors remain central to this story. They are not only investors, but also significant customers whose confidence in Form3 brings credibility to our business. As we continue to grow from the UK into the US and beyond, being perceived as a serious, trusted partner is everything.

We earn that trust through consistently high levels of service and reliability. Once established, that trust benefits the wider ecosystem. The more trust we earn, the more our investors and customers can advocate for us, helping us to build the scale and resilience needed to support ever-increasing volumes of payment transactions. We welcome that advocacy from all corners.

In the US, we have commenced a new strategic relationship with IBM, extending our reach and strengthening our go-to-market capabilities. This mirrors much of the value our Strategic Investors have brought us in the UK, with IBM acting as a partner that advocates for Form3 alongside our own direct channel initiatives. Success in the US is a defining ambition for Chapter 3.

So, we will celebrate our 10th birthday with genuine pride, but not an ounce of complacency.

If you believe in what Form3 is building, we welcome your advocacy.
