Form3, the leading payment platform technology company, today announced it has strengthened its Executive Management team to accelerate business growth and capture the global market opportunity in cloud based payment technology.

Simeon Lando joins as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the next phase of growth as Form3 builds out its global ‘go-to-market’ strategy, as well as forging new partnerships through co-marketing and co-innovation. Simeon comes with over 20 years in B2B marketing and has extensive experience leading marketing organisations for technology enterprises, including financial software and cloud services. Simeon joins Form3 from Finastra, where he was Senior Director for Marketing. Previously, Simeon was Marketing Director at Thomson Reuters Financial & Risk and subsequently Refinitiv. He has also had senior Marketing roles at Barclaycard and PayPal.

Form3 expects to continue to grow in people terms by around 60% in next 12 months having seen an annual recurring revenue in 2021 grow by 233%. Form3 already employs over 260 people in 22 countries.
